Welcome to the 2nd International Conference of the Thai Association for Applied Linguistics (TAAL), hosted this time at Mae Fah Luang University in Chiang Rai, Thailand. This year, centered around theme, “Landscape of Applied Linguistics Research: Shaping GloCal Impacts,” we hope to revisit the ever-expanding field of applied linguistics and explore the extent to which it can address societal issues and bring about meaningful change in a world that is growing more and more “glocalized”.
We are truly excited to facilitate yet again another international platform in which scholars and researchers alike can share, discuss, and build upon their love and knowledge for applied linguistics. Hope to see you all there!
